Cant find FENSA!

Is this a total disaster? Windows only about three years old and I cant find the FENSA. Is there anything I can do? Getting near to searches and completion etc.

Feel incompetent :(

You can get a replacement from FENSA it used to codt about £10 do its not expensive. Just ring them up.

Thank you! Feel better now. I dont know why I didnt just google FENSA, moving house makes your brain fuzzy!
