Lovely house but can't work out what the egg-shaped thing in the corner of the kitchen is. Is it a heater or dehumidifier? Any ideas?

Definitely Dilly's posh bin. It fits. A house like that would have a posh bin, whereas you wouldn't get the house all decluttered and lovely but leave the dehumidifier in view.
