No idea if this is the right area to put this!
We are thinking of moving or Exeter but don't want to rush buying dream house. So I have two questions!
Firstly where is good to buy a small two bedroom flat that will have good rental opportunities later - ie uni area etc.
Secondly, what area should we be looking in for dean house?
