Positive start I think but for some reason I'm feeling disheartened.

Our house went on the Rightmove on Tuesday. We've had 3 viewings and one couple have been back for a second viewing.
Don't know why but I'm feeling a bit disheartened. Might be because I'm quite attached to this house. I'm being silly aren't I?

Sounds good from a selling pov. It's a change, I think you're bound to feel nervous.

This was our first owned home. Moved from rented and this house had no chain. Think I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and out of my depth.

Good luck with the process. As long as it goes ahead and it's not troublesome.

It's a major life event moving and you are allowed to feel a bit ambivalent. We moved last year from a house we had been in since ds was 4 months old, so 11 years. We really wanted to move but for the first few months a wished we hadn't. I think it's normal to feel a bit wobbly.

Good luck though!
