Recommend man & van companies in London?

As per the title - we are moving next week and want to get someone to do the loading andunloading etc as my wife is pregnant and I cannot do it all on my own. Any recommendations or ones to avoid?

We used Aussie Man and Van when we moved from London to Herts 3 years ago - would recommend them. They had to lug all our stuff from a 3rd floor flat (no lift) and then drive across London. They were very professional and cheerful and also a very competitive price.

We used Janusz at JT Enterprises 07850 716079 for our last move and he is superb. Fantastic team, amazingly hard working, careful and handy (packing up, rebuilding beds etc). Wouldn't use anyone else now, based in SE London but goes all over.
