Buying a new property-is the area nice?

We are currently moving house and have found a new home in bournemouth kings park just nxt to the park itself. I am new to the area so just wanted done feedback, I'd it a safe area low crime etc i gave a young daughter so thus is a concern is it considered a nice place to live ,we are two young professionals and need some help to see we are making ghd right decision thank you

I work near there and the area next to the park seems lovely. Some very nice properties I've fancied as I've driven past!

I honestly don't know much about the area though as I commute. It seems very nice compared to Boscombe etc.

I hate to say it... But the netmums local board for the area is very active if you had any specific qs.
