Emulsioning a ceiling

Has anyone got any advice for painting a 12x22 lounge ceiling matt white? What do I use for a good finish....Roller,Brush,Paint Pad?

I used a roller and a ladder and it was hard work! A brush for cutting in round the edges.

A roller with a pole attachment and a brush for the edges. And a hat.

yes indeed

a pro might put a broomhandle into the handle of the roller (they are hollow for that) to reduce the time spent climbing up and down steps, but you will get more splashes and drips.
