Builder/architect recommendation required - Barnes

Hello. I'm brand new to mumsnet, so hope I'm going about this in the right way?...

We are purchasing a house in Barnes that needs complete renovation and extension. Does anyone know a good architect or builder in the area for this kind of work?

I know a great builder. I'll PM you. He's SW19 but he would go to Barnes I'm sure. Can't help with architect though.

BTL based in Fulham. They charge a 'fair' price but their quotes are line by line so you know exactly what you're being quoted for, down to the last bit of skirting. I've done a couple of jobs with them and on both occasions their finish was excellent. I don't use architects but have heard good things about Icon and Granit, the former Fulham based, the latter in Battersea.

Place marking
