This might sounds a bit mad but is there any specific places/avenues/ways expose my house to the buy to let market or investors?
I ask because it the six years i have owned my house, most of the street (3 story 4 bed homes) have turned into rental homes. House prices are very cheap in my area. Mine is on the market for £89950 and has been on since late sept. Had one buyer fall through.
The estate agent told me that property is very attractive in this area to investors as the returns are very high against the low purchase price.
Any thoughts?
