"Highly unusual" - that's estate agent speak for WTAF?!

The blockbuster wall is quite something!

Rather like it

HyvaPaiva · 27/02/2014 09:38

I love it!

FannyFifer · 27/02/2014 09:38

That's amazing, think the blockbuster wall is cupboards?
What is that in picture 5, a bed inside the big blue thing?

dyslexicdespot · 27/02/2014 09:39

I'll take it!

cathyandclaire · 27/02/2014 09:40

I love it too!

Gatekeeper · 27/02/2014 09:40

I love the drawing room...not sure about the rest in a Georgian house. Wouldn't fancy ninety million refracted images of me having a poo in that mirrored mosaic room

ghostinthecanvas · 27/02/2014 09:41

I like the bed. Not very practical though. The rest, no.

Gatekeeper · 27/02/2014 09:41

needs more than eight photos though

StepfauxWife · 27/02/2014 09:42

A video tour would be great on this one.

That bathroom! Shock

The bathroom seems to have stainless steel basin and toilet. Rather too "public convenience" for my taste. I look at that picture and can almost smell the old pee.

Wonder if they considered one of those all-in-one Wallgate sink/dryer units?

SteeleyeStan · 27/02/2014 10:00

Looks quite nice.

UriGeller · 27/02/2014 10:01

Ooohhhhhhhh. Gorgeous! Perhaps not the discoball bathroom or studio 54 kitchen (although I would've loved it when i was younger).

but I love the sitting room (last picture) and the cupboardy curtainy bed hideyhole thing is all over my Pinterest.

I'm going to do it for DD's room when she's older. Its called A Nook.

Bunbaker · 27/02/2014 10:12

Probably not the responses you were expecting.

It is not to my taste at all. The rooms are too dark. I like the Georgian style, but much prefer pastel colours as I like light airy houses where I can actually see what I am doing. I like the outside seating area.

The main thing that comes across is that all the rooms look like corridors and look very pokey. It is a huge amount of money for a 3 bed semi.

And is that free standing bath in the bedroom?

No, not for me.

RnB · 27/02/2014 10:20

Love it!

sassytheFIRST · 27/02/2014 10:22

The bed in a cupboard is like Heathcliffs bed in Wuthering Heights, where the ghost of Cathy haunts Lockwood. I like, but I couldn't sleep...

Am disappointed there is no pic if the floating Perspex bed, sounds amazing!

Clifton is scary expensive. Not much house for half a mill there.

Beastofburden · 27/02/2014 10:27

For £500k I would want a lot more space and privacy/quiet than that. And the cost of getting it back to another style would be a shocker.

I guess it was someone's really, really fun project and they had a great time doing it.

Rooners · 27/02/2014 10:29

that's EPIC Smile

StepfauxWife · 27/02/2014 10:43

Haha Bunbaker, not really. I suppose it has been done to a very particular taste but I can't see past that bathroom!

atomicyoghurt · 27/02/2014 10:52

Love it!

JuliaScurr · 27/02/2014 10:53

love it as an eg of what someone can do
wouldn't buy it or want to live in it

Bunbaker · 27/02/2014 11:01

I agree JuliaScurr It is interesting" but I couldn't live in such a dark house. I would need a head torch to find my way around Grin

truelymadlysleepy · 27/02/2014 11:02

Where's the perspex floating bed? I need to see it.

CooCooCachoo · 27/02/2014 11:20

I know the area rather well...while eclectic, not a bad price!
