Does anybody know whether Howdens grey is a proper grey? I ask as it looks a bit beigey in the brochure.

It will take on more grey if you have grey walls too and white appliances and skirting board/ architrave etc in the room in general. If that's the look you were after ?!?!

Dreaming of light grey cupboards, white walls and greyish white granite tops.

Sounds lovely ! Worth a trip into Howdens to see if they will lend you a door ( so you can see it in the light you have in your space )

It's def grey - we have it and it's lovely.

You can go to a Howden's office/warehouse where they will have a door of each colour for you to look at.

We have it, it's a green grey to me, gorgeous. We have cream walls (Wimborne white), a very dark grey feature wall (railings) and white Matt woodwork. I love my kitchen!!!!

That's the exactly look I'm hoping for lulu. Can I ask what flooring you put with it?

Sorry for hijacking, ladybirds.

We are having burford grey fitted at the moment and I wouldn't describe it as grey, I think its got a bit of green too its like a putty colour if you know what I mean.

I have white walls and oak worktops I was between white granite and oak.
Its a lovely kitchen I love it.

We have dark/rustic wood flooring (and oak worktop, seems to work!). I also liked the look of light grey tiles but we didn't go that route as couldn't fit underfloor heating and I didn't want it to be too cold.
