Help kitchen diner planning advice needed please

Hi, I want to knock the wall down between the kitchen and dining room, do I need planning permission to do this. I'm a bit lost, have googled this but had no luck.

Please help from a first time home owner. Thanks

you need to find out if the wall is a weight bearing wall - if it is, you will to install an RSJ... first off - i suggest you get a builder over to have a look and see what they advise from there !
