Hi all
We are planning an extensive renovation this year to include a loft conversion and side return extension. Does anyone have any advice or opinions on using an independant architect to produce plans and then going to tender with builders vs. using a company who manage the project from start to finish?
Also if you have used a separate architect what can we expect in terms of fees?
