Villeroy & Boch loo...

We are planning our main upstairs bathroom for our new build ATM. The toilet we chose (as on offer & is the style we like) is the Villeroy & Boch ONovo wall hung pan 360 x 560. It's a 'floating' style toilet, with a hidden cistern (which we know can be diff in years to come but are committed to that as the cistern's been delivered & going in tom). Trouble is, neither of us lifted the lid!!! Looking today at an online pic, the actual waste hole looks small. My mum reckons this makes it much harder to keep clean. Anyone any experience with this? It'll be the bathroom mostly used by the DC. We have an ensuite. TYIA

Hi Jellybeally,
We have the Omnia classic which I think may be a forerunner to the ONovo or at least very similar and we find it fine to keep clean. The hidden tank is also OK. Ours has had the odd blockage (say four times in 10 years) owing to limescale buildup (we live near the German Alps with massively hard water - boil the kettle twice and you need to descale!) and it has been no problem to get into the unit and quickly deal with the issue.
