Just had oak worktops installed in October. Used osmo wood protector and polyx BUT the fitter had given them one coat of Danish oil before I could stop him. I got him to sand back then finished as above.
Just noticed a few black spots already around the sink. I am fastidious about drying up.
What do I do to stop this spreading?! I am absolutely gutted if all my prep has failed this quickly.
