Have you tried emailing the hotel to ask?

I figure they got an interior designer to do it so are unlikely to know. I can try them though.

They have a blog and they spent £10M doing up the hotel and their interior designer was these people todhunterearle.com/interior-design/ They have lots of photos of their other projects. Wow, wow, wow!!

A quick scan of the website says a company called Todhunter Earle did the interiors. There is a range of wallpapers on TE's website but that one doesn't appear to be in it.

Ha, I'd bet it's Osbourne and Little. They are George Osbourne's family company, but they do gorgeous wall paper. Post me a if I'm right.

Is it fabric rather than wallpaper? It seems to have a cord/braid edging. The link says Chelsea Textiles - perhaps it's one of theirs?

Mystery solved. aircooled is right, it is fabric not wallpaper. Todhunter Earle kindly informed me that it is called Floral Sphere and is by Zimmer and Rhode - Travers. It comes in pink, blue and grey. A quick internet search shows it retails at £120/metre. Ouch! But gorgeous nonetheless.

Maybe we could club together buy a couple of metre and have a tiny cushion made each lol.
