Best time of year to sell a family home in london?

Had a look on google and the received wisdom seems to be spring and then autumn. Is this true in London as well or do things sell throughout the year? Any feedback appreciated. Thanks

Any time of year in London.

People like to start looking in the Spring and then move in the summer so kids can start at new school if a change is necessary. With that said, given how the London market is at the moment, I would imagine anytime would be fine.
