Pitshanger Lane, Ealing

I was wondering what it is like to live in this area of Ealing? It seems to have quite a strong community feel and lots of independent shops. As my dd is already at secondary school, schooling is not an issue -but we are looking for an area that is friendly and neighbourly.

It is lovely, have light up the lane at Christmas and a party in the park in summer. Lovely shops and the village inn is nice and nice restaurants. Not near enough to the train for me but you can jump on the bus to Ealing Broadway in 5 mins.
