Talk to me about a fridge raised up into a built in unit, and can you put dishwashers in them?

www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/S99852604/ I see you can rise a fridge up into a unit like this.

How has that worked out for you?

Would it work out for a dishwasher to go in that unit?

Dishwashers are almost always 600mm wide x 600mm deep so would not fit.

You can get a miniature dwr the size of a microwave though.

I have seen raised up dishwashers in property magazines.

You can do a raised dishwasher but not inside an appliance housing. Its using a 3 part unit comprising a platform unit, a niche for the dishwasher and then a unit on top to make up the total height of the setup. On its on, this would need cladding panels to hold up the 'top' section. Remember to allow a void behind the unit to allow for plumbing etc.

A specialist kitchen supplier would be easily able to do this.
