We've just got our PP through for our house at last, but reading through the case officer's report, I think she's got our plans muddled up with someone else. It mentions a rear extension of 2.7m which is within the 3m allowed, and says about a garage being converted into a study without coming forward from the boundary line. However, we are not extending at the rear at all, and our study conversion will involve moving the front wall forward to the boundary line. There are a couple of other things that seem a bit odd about it as well.
Do I try & speak to the case officer on Monday to clarify? Or just go ahead with the plans we submitted as they certainly aren't on the scale that she seems to think they are. Is it possible for a planning officer to get plans mixed up? I'm scared in case it is all wrong and we have to delay our plans further - we have the builders all ready to start as we were expecting the PP to come through weeks ago!
