current loo has one of those stupid push buttons which the dc have managed to break twice through over exuberance. it's one of those systems which make it impossible to diy fix. I want to get a new loo but the only handle ones I've seen won't go in our modern style bathroom
am I missing something, does anyone know where all the handles have gone???

can you really not get the replacement parts? Should be just a drop in.

if your kids are that boisterous they will break handles too.

Something like this?. You need to search for lever cistern.

getting replacement parts isn't a problem, it's fitting them. can barely get the cistern lid off to look as its all interconnected. the plumber just tuts and shakes his at this new fangled rubbish!
will take a look at that link, thanks

Newer toilets are also nearer the floor for some reason too.

Replacement cistern levers here in many styles.
Plainish WC with lever here
Slightly different one here
Slightly more contemporary one here
