Got to be F&B ,the door company colour match.
It's a very old stone (greyish rather than cream stone)farm house, rural with reddish brown roof tiles.
I love blues but nothing to bright.
Drawing room blue?
Stiffkey Blue?
Parma Gray?
I'm open to suggestion.
Thanks.

We're in a greyish stone house with brown roof tiles at the moment and the door (which is lovely) is very close to Dix Blue.
I really like Cooks Blue or Lulworth Blue.

We have Lichen, which is green but looks lovely with old stone.

not red, which fades; or black, if you face the sun it overheats and may reduce the life of the door.

Thanks all.
PJ I presume dark navy would fade like black?

it's red that fades, not black.

Black just gets hot in the sun.

Don't know about navy.

We've got a sample pot of drawing room blue and it's quite bright. We love stiffkey blue or Hague blue is lovely (friend has this on her front door).

FallonColby · 27/01/2014 20:29

Hague Blue is very smart, go for it.

dontcallmemam · 27/01/2014 20:33

Will do thanks. The colour chart makes it look almost black but Pinterest show different.

Black = prosperity according to Feng Shui principles Grin
I love black for front doors.

mawbroon · 27/01/2014 20:56

You absolutely have to have a Grin
