Does anyone here work for a conservatory company or knows someone who does? Looking at where the water is leaking in from the side of mine, it seems obvious to me that bricks are porous and so with tons of water as there has been it just soaks along inside. But surely all conservatories are like this? Ie a glass structure attached to an exterior wall? What should have been done differently to stop this sort of leak? Pic below to explain better :)

OK, just logged on to computer and can't see the adding pictures bit - has it been removed?! Right - description it is! UPVC conservatory along back of house, goes over where kitchen door used to be so is attached to house just to left of door opening, with brick wall next to it, about half a metre of wall. All down the inside plaster of the conservatory water is seeping in - paint all flaked off, plaster soaked, now growing furry mould. Company are coming back under guarantee (it's only 2.5 years old) but want to be sure they aren't just going to fob me off. They have so far said it is just the position of the house, the rain hits that side, so they will Weatherseal the brickwork. I just want to know if there is anything else I should be asking as surely if that's what happens everyone who has a conservatory would have the same problem in heavy rain?
