Hi all - we live in a coach-house property (think 2 bed bungalow on top of garages) and would like to bash through to create an internal door from our hallway into our garage :-)
Has anyone got any experience of this?
I've seen it done online and have know there's various building regs we'd need to check on, but if anyone has any advice (which is more clear than the planning office advice!) I'd be very grateful!
