Leaning wall advice

Just after some advice from the wise folk on this board…

We moved into our house last summer; it’s a terrace and about 110 years old. Once we were in we noticed that there is a slight outward lean in the wall of the rear bit of the house that comes out next to the side return - visible from inside and outside.

We didn’t notice it when viewing and it wasn’t picked up in our full structural survey. I’ve been sticking my head in the sand about it but starting to wonder whether I should be getting it checked out, esp. as we’re about to do some building work to other parts of the house.

Should I contact the surveyor and see what he thinks? (The survey was done in April last year.) Or does the fact that he has a vested interest in saying it’s fine mean that this route would not give us a true assessment of whether there is a problem?

Help!
