The previous owners of our house altered it from a 4 bed (3 good sized and 1 small bedroom) to a 3 double bed house.
They left the spare door in situ (which does look a bit odd tbh but we got used to it)
Anyway, I would like to convert it back to a 4 bed - a spare bedroom would be really useful - and ds2 does not need such a big bedroom.
How much would it cost to out it back how it was do you think?
Would need a stud wall, and skirting, also a light switch putting back...
Obv it will also add value if we ever need/want to move.
