We would love a family kitchen/living area but is there anything we can do to extend the kitchen size?

Wondering if there are any experts here tonight?!!

What great value for money that house is.

I can't see a floor plan. What is the room that is coming out further than the kitchen to the right? How many widow aspects does that room have? Where is the utility room?

We haven't been to see the house yet so we are just getting the info from the internet.

The utility room is the room that you can see coming out from the kitchen.

I think it seems that there is just the one window in the kitchen.

Well you extend out past the kitchen window, next to the utility room then.

They've not shown the downstairs bedrooms in the photographs - so there may be scope to break into one of these if you can loose a bedroom to gain a larger family kitchen ?! This would be less expensive than building an extension too !
