Problems with new heating system

We had a new heating system installed completely replacing the old one (it was hot air). We keep having problems with water pressure. By "keep having" I mean it happened for the second time in 3 months since the system was installed. Last night it was down to 0.2. I emailed the plumber and he seems to be suggesting that I go around radiators checking for wetness. Then they will come and fix it. If you have a new system who is supposed to check and rectify a problem? I read a bit on the internet and it might be a problem within the boiler, I can't possible check everything. When they finished I posted a request to have the system inspected by their registration (?) body but hasn't got a reply. Can I contact them? Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.
