Tenant's neighbour can now hear tenant through walls - caused by crack in wall?

My tenant has been told by her next-door neighbour that in recent weeks
she has noticed that she can hear my tenant through the walls of the bathroom and kitchen (the rooms are on top of one another). She has suggested that this may be caused by a crack in the wall. Neither of them have said that they can see any visible signs of damage.

It is not something that I've ever heard of - just wondered whether anyone else had encountered anything similar?

Tell her to look out for a little blue box Wink

But seriously though, it's worth getting someone in to take a look. Might be under floorboards.
