Am completely ignorant about all this stuff but one's going to require a roofer and the other a 'renderer' (I made that up) and I don't know which one it makes sense to do first. I'm guessing it'd be best to do the fascia boards, so that the render repair guy can fill in any holes that the roofer makes/leaves?
Anyone who knows or has experience in this kind of stuff - I'd be very pleased to hear from you.
