Leaking gutters...

...or a blockage somewhere?

Our gutters are overfilling, and the water is going down the sides of the walls. It's happening pretty much at the front and back. Will it just be the guttering needing cleaning out, or a blockage?

I'm sure we got our gutters cleaned over 2 years ago.

Too much water on the recent storms that they couldn't cope with? Or debris that needs cleaning as after 2 years they could be full of leaves again? Hopefully easy to fix for you.

Thanks for the reply. I've noticed another neighbour seems to have the same problem, as I can see a damp patch where ours is. There's only 5 houses in our street, and 3 are the same design.

It just seems to overflow in the rain. Think we'll get someone to unblock it again.
