Are any Mumsnetters buying or selling in this area at the moment?
I would be interested to know what your estate agents are charging (before I get some round to value mine) and also anything you can share about the numbers of viewings you are getting, quality of buyers etc.
Alternatively, as buyers are you struggling to find suitable places to view? I am, I'm also shocked by some of the prices and not sure if realistic or trying it on.
