Smokeless Coal - where to buy?

So, after experimenting with logs, coal and smokeless coal in my open fire, we have decided to stick with smokeless coal. It's easy to get going, has a nice flame and glow and most importantly is bloody boiling. I have also decided that I will stick with the open fire and not go down the log burner route.

So far I have bought my smokeless coal from B&M and Home Bargains. Home Bargains was the cheapest at £3.99 for 10kg.

I've had a brief Google to see where else to source this coal from and it appears that there are many types indeed.

Does anyone have any good recommendations of types and places to purchase?

Thank you. :)

there will be a coal merchant in your nearest town who will deliver a winter's worth. It will be cheaper if you buy it in summer.

You may need a coal-shed or bunker.
