Can anyone guess what any of these alterations might cost?

We're viewing a property for the second time this week, which needs a few things changing to make it work for us. Haven't got a clue about costs, and just wondered if anyone could stab a guess at what any of them might cost (if you only have an idea of about some that's fine, just need a rough idea):

Reinstating door in internal wall (which glass in) to bring more light in

Changing worktops and putting a metal sink with draining board in (present one fairly new, but wooden and with water not draining off is already in poor condition)

Putting in dormer windows across the back of property. It would need to cover rooms with a length of 12'5" and 8'8". There are presently velux windows there but do to headheight, we can only get one wardrobe in one room and nothing in the other.

Alternatively, cost of installing fitted wardrobes and storage probably with a lengths of 7' and 9'.

Cost of installing full height gate with spikes on across the width of the drive.

Also, forgot to ask - cost of PVC door with cat flap installed!!

I can make a rough guess for you:
if the internal wall is a stud wall, not a supporting wall - £150 1 day of builder) + £150 door, frame, painted
cheap metal sink £100 (£250 if anything fancy), new tap(?) £100-£200 all fitted yourself
new worktops cheap laminate £50 per meter, decent laminate £100pm - fitted yourself
6ft? metal gate £700 (plus fittings? £100) - fitted yourself
7ft and 9ft wardrobes could be £5000 if Sharps or similar
dormers?no idea
UPVC front door £2000 (dont know how much with cat flap fitted)

Thanks for your replies. We've tried to guess ourselves, but what you've said is helpful.

Have had an offer in on our present house in last 30 mins and been back to see the property we're interested in, so just need to work out the figures.

My first thought was do you need planning permission for the dormers? Would it be granted?
