It's not often I like new builds but I love this one I spotted near me. It's new but it's not the run of the mill new build and has got IMO some character and charm to it. I'm drooling at the kitchen.

Can someone buy it for me please

Ooh, I remember this sitting in my fantasy list last year when looking. If we all put our 400K together we could go in with a low, but serious offer, and divvy out the rooms once we snag it

Normally I don't like the new builds that emulate period but this one is naice.

It's very well done and doesn't scream faux period either.

I would certainly consider it. Only thing I'd say is for the area it's a bit over priced. £1.9m is more realistic.

Why have they built a flat roofed "extension" on the side?

I always prefer period houses but that is lovely.
It needs a grand fire place though and a bigger bed.
Oh, and a housekeeper.

I don't like it at all. The ugly grey tile everywhere is horrible, the REALLY ugly kitchen countertops are even nastier and totally agree re lack of fireplace. And that open balustrade thing is too small for the scale of the room. Plus, it's virtually on top of the house next door. So, ermmm, a big no from me then!

I love it too - and I've just spotted that they have the arts and crafts storage dresser I am looking for.
