Hello,
I was all set to exchange on a nice house in SN near grangewood park but just before chrismas the vendors pulled out. Now I am having to start again. I have seen a couple of houses near grangewood park on Thornton Heath side but am not sure about the area. Also on the TH side transports doesn't appear to be great.
I am wondeding whether I should.abandon all hopes of getting something near the park and look at houses off Portland road. My buyer is ready to exchange so I don't have the luxury of time on my hands.
Any advice greatly received.
