At the weekend when the weather was really bad, rain came through the front wall of our house, approx where the outside drain pipe is. The roofers said they would come on Monday, but didn't come, presumably because of the wind. I really hope they come tomorrow and if they don't we will call someone else.
Mean while the weather forecast is not good- what can we do to try and minimise the damage ( the plaster is already blown in places and there are weird brown stains 
)
The weird thing is, the gutter and pipe look fine and were replaced about 12 months ago
is there anything else this could be?
