Leytonstone schools - anyone out there?

Hi I'm about to move to bushwood/leytonstone I think and I'd love some candid views of davies lane primary. I've seen the 2010 ofsted but I'm puzzled by some of the admissions stats. Anyone's kids there? The houses around there seem expensive for it to be rated only good- but I may be dreamingThanks so much in advance and happy Xmas /holidays to all

Very competent leadership, lots going on and the schools is very keyed into local networks.

The houses near there are lovely but there are too enormous tower blocks very close by - Fred wigg is one - which feed into Davies lane. I looked at the pre school but there were 3 interpreters there and only about 3 British children and I found this off putting.
Think Jenny Hammond is very highly regarded on cann hall road, and houses around there are lovely.
