My house squeaks - help!

Or whistles might be more accurate, seems to only be an issue when it's windy. We have just moved in and there is a lot of noise in one of the bedrooms, it sounds like it's just outside of the window - possibly coming from the soffits/facias don't know which is which. Anyone had this? What could it be and who do I call to fix it?

Mine does this - it's an old building - about 250 years old. It whistles, creaks, moans, the lot! I've found the main shrieking whistle actually comes through the keyhole, which is 2 inches in height. So am going to make a cover for it. The rest is just because it's old! Sad
So basically, you need to go around the house, check everything as you may be able to sort it yourself. Check for draughts, holes, do the windows shut/fit properly? Check everything.
