A warning - don't switch off paper bank statements if there's any chance you'll move or remortgage.

We've been waiting two weeks now for them to arrive for DPs bank account. Argh!!!

Would your lender not take copies printed from the internet ? We have always provided internet copies.

Sadly not. We've checked. Twice!

That's shit, feeling your pain. DH is getting a BTL mortgage at the moment and solicitor has asked for copies of two utility bills, all the bills are in my maiden name
