Hi guys - I'm looking for a bit of advice from people around the North/west of London area. Myself and my partner are currently looking to move out of London with the prospect of starting a family next year. We have a few requirements as to location so would really appreciate any advice!
Requirements are;
30 min commute to London; either euston or paddington/marylebone
30 min drive to Gerard's cross
Easy to get to the east coast mainline, ideally without having to go through London, as every month or so we have to travel north for work ( for example we were thinking taxi to Stevenage to get the train when needed, but other clever ideas more than welcome!)
2 bed prices around 250/300k, although we are likely to rent initially
Nice and relatively lively area in terms of pubs, restaurants, shops
As mentioned, any steer you can give will be greatly appreciated!
