Incomplete Fixtures and fittings list

I'm buying my first house and I've just received the Fixtures and fittings list from my solicitor, however it's not completed properly. For items like the fridge & tumble dryer it just has a comment of 'not sure' and for lots of questions such as 'fitted units' it's marked 'as seen'.

As we've only seen the property when it had tenants in it I'm not really sure what we are getting. Is this normal? Can I get my solicitor to go back to the seller and ask them to be more specific?

get it all clarified and tied down. 'not sure' does NOT appear in legal documents.

'as seen' needs to be corrected to 'yes'.

I understand someone might put "as seen" but you definitely need clarification on "not sure" - they need to make up their minds or stipulate why they can't make a decision might now and that they will confirm before exchange.
