We finally get to decorate our new loft bedroom, hurrah! I've been settled on the wallpaper for the chimney breast and side wall for ages, sanderson swallows in pebble.

Now I'm dithering about the rest of it. I had sort of assumed I would paint the rest of the walls In white, but saw lamp room grey on someone else's bedroom and wondered if it might look nicer with the wallpaper. And yes I know we don't like feature walls, but I do and the wallpaper is a bit expensive to do the whole room. And it would look weird on the sloping wall. One wall will be almost entirely white painted built in bookcases and the woodwork will be all white. All our furniture is ikea hemnes or similar. Which leads to the next conundrum, beige carpet or dark wood floors?
The en suite floor will be grey vinyl (if it ever arrives) with a white hemnes unit, a white bath, a bite of white panelling and some nice metro tiles

I might paper the non tiled walls above the panelling, I might just paint.
So paint colour and flooring? Dither.
