looking for assurance that there are great builders in sw15/18

I have planned my new kitchen and have everything ready but right now its all in my head !!! I had a really bad experience with a building company a few years ago which has made it very difficult for me to choose one to do this project. I have plumbing and gas to move as well as a boiler and I know that there will be issues found that were never expected (the house is 150 years old so that goes without saying). Has anybody had a really good experience with a builder/plasterer, tiler, painter decorator that will get my lovely new kitchen out of my head and into the house !

There are plenty out there, the only advice I would give is - use a builder or someone who can give you the complete package.

Trying to save money by using different companies doesn't work.

Also I would we wary of all company's on checkatrade,my builder etc etc as these company's block all bad comments and its very easy to gain fake approvals. Word of mouth is the only way.
