advice needed please

Four weeks ago we put our house on the market and it sold for slightly over the asking price in just 3 days!!

Since then we have been checking right move every day and have viewed around 6 properties; none have been suitable.

There doesnt seem to be anything that is suitable, in budget and in the area we want. We are happy to compromise on some things; but still not found anything.

Im sure our buyers are going to get jittery soon and want to start proceeding with the sale.

so what do we do.....

We have 2 small DSs to consider too, so moving in with friends/parents etv isnt really an option.

they are in rented so good to go, just concerned it will take us ages to find something

also whats an acceptable offer to put in under the asking price?

Use the extra cash to rent

renting might be an option, but not ideal. moving once with 2 small dc is bad enough, let alone doing it twice!
