B & Q Trade Account

I have seen some tiles at B & Q and we are looking at getting altogether 60 packs which is going to come in close to £1300 for floor and wall tiles for our kitchen and bathroom.

I was just wondering if anyone has a trade account or how easy it is so set up an account, I dont work in the building trade (I am an accountant) but have heard it is fairly easy to set up if you are going to be doing a bulk purchase

You'd need to take evidence of your related business (builder, developer, tradesperson) into a branch. Headed paper and business card.

You would then only get trade discount on items which are in their Tradepoint brochure, and not everything is. You can check on the Tradepoint website whether your tiles are considered a 'trade' line, although until you have a membership number you won't be able to see trade prices.
