Should i sell my house now?

I have a 2 bed in the hackney area and looking with the DS to move into something a little bigger now. London is crazy at the moment for property but i'm not sure if it's the right time to sell.

Anyone else in London in the same place?

In general I would wait until New Year. Get an estate agent sorted now, get the pictures sorted, ready to start marketing in Early January.
