I have previously written about a problem with a builder. I have now had a visit from the building inspector and we will fail with out some significant changes! They have walked off site now we are aprox 3 weeks from finishing and have payed within the last £5, 000. We have paid promptly and stuck to the contract, sadly they have not. They seem to be very professional at first but fail spectacularly. Have reported the company to fed of Master builders and our local trading standards who have taken up our case.
