In or out of alcove (blind) can't decide... Inc's picture ;)

I've uploaded a pic to my profile.

I'm going to order this blind, but can't decide whether to go in the alcove or out.

The room is small (it's my d/s loo), so that makes me think in, but the whole d/s is dark so that made me think out as it'll let more light in...

Help!!!

In - I always think blinds look odd when they are outside alcoves.

I think when people put them 'out' it just looks like they bought one off the shelf and it was too big. Unfortunately. I say 'unfortunately' because I am going to be getting some made and I'd rather put them 'out' (for the same reason as you, to let in more light) but I don't like how they look :(
