changing converted garage back to original use

any body got any idea of the costs?

looking at a house they have converted garage, we need a garage so just trying to gind out what cost is likely to be

bump for afternoon crowd

We looked at a house once where they had converted a single garage into a family room. They had done so little that it would be easy to undo. They had put in indoor outdoor carpet and run it up the eight inches or so of concrete on the edges of room. They had taken out garage door, filled it in, put in a window and a door. It looked awful.
